House of the Rising Sun - The Animals...

It was my birthday on the 18th of June. It was fun, I didn't do much...

I am still collecting money for my new Macbook, I am excited.

The Varsity team for lacrosse is part of this league where they have 10 practices... The 10 practices are practicing for 1 tournament in Long Island at the end of July... I was invited to join. I was excited for the season, until I had my first practice... Now I am stoked... It is run by Seniors so it is extremely relaxed.

First game of Volleyball was Wednesday. Bobby couldn't make it because he brother had his graduation. It was awesome and based on that game the season will be full of victory and mischief.

For my birthday I got FIFA 07 just so I could play Matt Adams... He has had the game for 3 months now and I got it yesterday and won 6-1. He sucks.

I watched the first 4 episodes of the Office (BBC)today... It was GREAT... Gareth is light years ahead of Dwight.

Speaking of the BBC "they" are making a Star Trek video game... It is based on the movie not the series... Should be interesting...

Today I saw "Away We Go". It was awesome but before I give you number out of 5 that I think it deserves followed by a strange fruit or berry of sorts I have to tell you a story.

90% of the time I go to see a movie I get popcorn, and maybe 10% of the times that I eat popcorn I get a kernel stuck on the roof of my mouth. But during this movie it was the worst Kernel Katastophe there has ever been... I kept asking for the soda to the point where I was just holding the soda in my lap waiting for the uncomfortable feeling to pass through me so I could wash down the pain with Coke a Cola. But lets wind the clocks back a year (half hour).

The only place the movie was playing was in Red Bank and for those who don't know finding a parking space in Blue Store is nearly impossible. But we were waiting for an old woman to pull out of her spot for maybe ten minutes because she was sitting in her car... talking on the phone... Taylors patience didn't last and when he got out of the car to scold the woman she said OK, OKAY! one minute... So after the minute was up and she started to drive away she made eye contact with Tee and stuck her tongue out at him.

So, while I was in the movies my esophagus was bothering me so much, I would have done anything to get it to go away... I thought of anything that would help me get through my Rueben Sandwich Missile Crisis. I thought of that wench and what she taught me. Sure enough I stuck my tongue out and suddenly my irritation disappeared. She has taught me to think before you insult because that insult could in the future be of help to the person you are trying to upset.

AWAY WE GO gets 4.8 Alex Murdochs All my Days out of 5. For its humor and seriousness and mixture of scenes that somehow worked.

"I Smell Fear" - Matt Adams
