See a Resemblance...

Its weird how certain music can make you think of certain things. When I hear the song Keep the Car Running by Arcade Fire, I think of Chris Mcgowan singing it really loud on the bridge in Manasquan. When I hear the song Peach Plum Pear by Joanna Newsome, I think of Robert Salera because every time he hears it he flips out and complains and makes fun.

The picture on the right side of the page is now my Desktop. So now whenever I open up my laptop I am gleefully greeted by CarPett.

Speaking of laptops I need a new one. Mine is good but needs more RAM, it runs on WINDOWS XP not Leopard which is exponentially faster. Also the charger always comes undone and the computer notifies you immediately by dimming the screens brightness, and when you plug it back in it goes back to regular brightness. I might have a seizure in the middle of this post.

Brianne came up with a brilliant idea. She said she can front me the first half and the second half of the money I have to come up with. The Macbook White is $1000. Brianne can get a $50 discount because shes a teacher. so that means that I have until June 18, 2009 to come up with $475 or my dream becomes a distant memory. We calculated that if I do 5 $10 car washes each weekend I can come up with the money. but I may cheat and ask for only cash for my birthday so that should give me a decent boost of money, and confidence.

For my birthday I want cash and a book written by Jean Jacques Rousseau, Social Contract. Rousseau's ideas were not very complex they were fairly simple in comparison to other philosophers of his time. He basically thought that People were born good and were corrupted by the evils of their society. Its simple with layers.

On March 24, 2009 I did not attend the Zee Avi concert. It was a bar I would not have been able to get in. Yet I still have the B-52s concert to look forward to.

Never, ever, read the Social Contract. Your brethren can attest to that.
