The Mugging on Butt Bridge

This is probably the most interesting link on the internet and I believe that sometime before you die you should read this...

Today is Chris Mcgowans birthday. Thank you Chris for being such a role model and such a funny insightful person in my life. I thank you. Without you this blog would probably still be called LFL austin.

After reading Carmens blog and his review of "Watchmen", I am so excited for the movie. I have yet to read the book for I am too excited to read it. I know all of the characters and the basic plot of the movie.
I hear there doing well in Ireland. I chuckled when I heard Talyors reply to his almost mugging,he said to Mom, "Just think about the World according to Garp."

After reading New Schools blog I thought about my music. I have been listening to alot of the Strokes. Theyre awesome. On March 24 I want to go to a Zee Avi concert in New York.
It will probably be more of a 20 person cafe gig. I havent set up the details yet but I will soon, if I do end up at 8 at night on that March 24th I will weap heavely over the fact that I am not sitting there enjoying the soulful tone of her beautiful voice.

I saw 30 Rock and throughout the episode they mentioned Harry and the Hendersons. I actually paused it halfway through after they showed a clip from the movie and I asked Mom if it was a real movie. She said it was. I really want to see it.

Friday started TRHSNLAX tryouts.

Juniors+Seniors= usually make= Varsity
Sophomore+very few Freshman= Junior Varsity
Freshman= Freshman

I want to be apart of the Junior Varsity club. Yet if this takes place there is a consequence. If I make JV, which there is a very slim chance will happen anyway, There is an even slimmer chance I will play at all. But I want to be able to tell to people that I made JV, as a freshman. Its an honor.

These last two days have been extremely brutal.

The Loop= running around the entire High School.

First Day: Ran the loop in the mud and snow. Stretched. Ran the Loop in the mud and snow again. Ran onto the turf field to do sprints. drills. sprints. drills. sprints. drills. sprints. more sprints. END OF PRACTICE.

Second Day (Today)- Ran the loop. stretched. lunging and leg excersizes for a half hour. drills. sprints. drills. sprints. half loop to a hill still covered in snow where we did sprints where we had to lay face first in mud and then sprint uphill the snowy hill and then back down fast enough so that the coach doesnt yell out loud. Truthully, all in all, the entire tryouts were not as bad as I thought they would be. Well cross your fingers for me...

Where was Drew? During the two gruesome days Andrew Mcgowan was no where to be found. Kevin was there dancing his heart out. He is funny Robert and I both agreed.

Robert will not be playing until Monday for he did not hand in his Physical Papers in time.
